PRE-LISTING CONSULTATION
This consultation is for occupied homes. It includes a walk-through evaluation of the home, up to two hours, where we will give recommendations on cost effective updates and changes that can be made to maximize the selling potential for the home and best prepare it for listing.
OCCUPIED STAGING
This service is for sellers who plan on living in their home
while it’s listed. All Occupied Stagings start with a Pre-Listing Consultation. Once this has been done, we will work with your decor and furnishings to stage and style the main areas of your home, enhancing its features and making the most of each space to get it ready for market.
VACANT STAGING
This is where we shine!
We will first schedule an on-site visit to preview your home and measure and take photos which we will use to create a unique design plan and proposal. Once a plan is in place our design team will install our curated furniture, textiles, artwork and accessories to create a space that appeals to the majority and makes potential buyers feel at home.
